Since we still have teenage boys at home and cook in the evening, I used Heather’s meals mostly for lunch during the week to avoid eating fast food, junk or just skipping the meal altogether during a busy day. Super easy to pop in the microwave at home or work for a quick, healthy and delicious option! As a result, I had more even energy for working through a busy afternoon.
